24 GM makes a high-pitched whine?

This is not related to AF or the aperture noise that people have complained about in the past. I have the issue regardless of it in MF or AF. Tilting the camera down is normally the most common scenario for it to occur. It will normally go away or get very faint after adjusting the tilt level of the camera. It is worst on my A7Riv. On the A7Siii and A1 it is there but quieter. To me I'm thinking that I'm picking up the "supersonic" whine or a PCB in the lens is going bad? Is this a common thing with the motors in the 24 GM? Maybe my hearing is just too sensitive to it?

Thank you. Yesterday, I read that thread thoroughly which only had one post about the high-pitched whine. I have an RMA to send the lens back and have a 20 G coming my way. Reading the rest of that thread was discouraging enough to convince me that I don't want the 24 GM.
