Took a little shot of this lonely cottongrass on my hike in the woods here the other day, i think it turned out quite nice.
Fun fact - this species is called northland cottonsedge here in Norway, one of the 8 species of "fake" cottongrass to be found here, often near swamps. In earlier times, it was used in pillows by people not wealthy enough to use real cotton or goose down, making so called poor mans pillow
