Clint, I believe that would be lady. Females have a black forehead and lacks a red mustache. Juveniles are similar to adults but duller and browner. Reference National Geographic Field Guide to Birds. The reason I suspect is I looked up the info when I posted my shot of a Pileated Woodpecker about a week ago. Great photo of your bird!
