This one is kind of a "proof of claim" shot. This was shot through grass, and despite the grass, the A1 II locked onto the bird's eye.

I am fairly sure this is s Bush Stone Curlew.

Shot on the 50-150mm f/2 at 150mm f/2, on an A1 II at 1/2000, ISO 1600 - no denoise.
