Lego can be used to build all sorts of things, but because of the size of the bricks, curves are not handled well - Lego makes the curves "jagged". Yet people continue to build things featuring lots of curves.

In the orchid shot, all the stems are straight, but that's not how the real orchids would be - the stems would be gently curved.

The heron is perhaps the most extreme example - the real thing is basically nothing but curves.

The butterfly isn't realistic - a real butterfly doesn't embrace a stem like that - its spindly legs hold it away from the stem.

All that said, the photos are really good, although the hard light does emphasise the jaggedness.
