Can anyone help me please I don't even know how to word this. Is there another way I can change my colours on my Sony a7 Mkiii, no matter what I do I can only change the colour on this box... Sorry I don't even know what to call it.
In short I would like to remove this box and just try to set reset the colours... Or am I getting everything wrong, can this can be removed or not have I pressed a button which which keeps this on screen.
