Was hanging out after a long hike and this dragonfly kept coming over and hovering around me. Had to try a get a photo. The A1 and Tamron 28-200mm locked on perfectly. Was a fun time try to get this guy.

One day I am going to have to consider this lens.
It really is a great/fun lens. Great for hiking and walking around or quick trips out and needing something light.

I took that lens for a lakeside roam yesterday. It's impressive. It always amuses me knowing what it's capabilities should be, and then seeing what they are. Less than a thousand dollar lens with such a broad range, resolving as well as it does on high demand sensors, it's pretty cool... ✅

Totally agree. It not cheap, but for what it can do, amazing.
