This Buzzard swooped down from a tree as we approached, and then just sat and posed while we got the cameras out of the boot of the car. Very kind of him I think

It's a bit inconvenient and smelly to carry raw chicken around though I did take some when we went to photograph Red Kites. No kidding, within 20 seconds of throwing some we were mobbed by them

If that's one at St Benets, kev, he is very accommodating. I think he's become very accustomed to the high numbers of birders up there.

You know Kev, this bird has a very "Regal" look to be called a common Buzzard.

True enough. Weirdly too, we have no other Buzzards, so the name is a bit odd. Thanks too.
