This Buzzard swooped down from a tree as we approached, and then just sat and posed while we got the cameras out of the boot of the car. Very kind of him I think :)

It's a bit inconvenient and smelly to carry raw chicken around though :) I did take some when we went to photograph Red Kites. No kidding, within 20 seconds of throwing some we were mobbed by them

You know Kev, this bird has a very "Regal" look to be called a common Buzzard. :sneaky:

True enough. Weirdly too, we have no other Buzzards, so the name is a bit odd. Thanks too.
