I am sharing this image from Gladhouse Reservoir at sunrise.
Dark, looming clouds helped create such a moody atmosphere, with light, colour, and shadow all blending together in a truly spectacular moment.
Then, almost as quickly, the scene was swept over by darker clouds and the colour disappeared, one of those fleeting moments that makes getting up at 3am to be there for that brief wonderful time with natures show of light.
