EVF and LCD are black when switching on the camera (A9II)

Went to turn on the camera and both displays are black, there is a slight blue glow on the back monitor like it's trying to work, but is blank. Cant do a factory reset because I can't see the menu system. Battery has been taken out, camera still takes photos, rights to card, but again, black screens. Any ideas??

I don't have an a9, so these are blind wild guesses. Can't hurt to try:

1. Hold the "ON" lever ON for 30 secs before releasing. (with battery in)
2. Press the DISP button on back.
3. Press Play button on back.
4. Ensure it's an OEM Sony battery.
5. Use a 5v USB charging cable to USB port w battery inserted, and Power ON.
6. Call auth dealer for a possible alternative RESET option besides menu.
7. Swap it out with your old desk paper weight - Call Sony rep.
