Hello, I have A7IV on FW4.0 and I'd like to update to FW5.0 however i haven't heard nice things after people updated, they say autofocus with samyang lenses lost PDAF coverage. I'm afraid the same will happen with Sigma, but i'd like to know anyway. Please, no astro turfing. My only "Good" lens is the Sigma FE 70-200 OS SPORTS and i've suffered a considerable hit rate decrease after updating from firmware 3.2 to fw4.0.
Does the fw update also fix a7iv exposure inconsistency? With bracketing off I often happen to get photos that are 0.3 EV darker and the viewfinder shows +0.3EV exposure on the light meter but then the photos come at -0.7EV at night, thus completely irrecoverable.
