i don't know to be honest with you - When we were there, the seals were pupping, so there was a whole section we were not allowed to access because the ship could disturb them (as well as cause a wake that would knock the pips off the ice! - so totally reasonable)
so on one hand, we saw a fair number of seals hanging around, on the other, we didn't see the entire park (and there may be seals around all the time - i am unsure)
