Hi, my name is Michel Verhofstad, originally from the Netherlands, but work moved me and my family to Houston in 2001 and we have been here ever since and have become US citizens. I have retired in 2021 and finally had more time to explore photography which has always been a passion. These days my wife, who is also in photography, and I travel a lot with focus on landscape photography. Hopefully, participating on the Alpha Shooters site will expand our knowledge through sharing experiences and lessons learned.
