I’m new to this forum, and new to Sony. I’m an amateur photographer, who started back in the late 60s. I had a darkroom for many years and began more serious digital photography in 2004 with a Canon 10D. I stayed with Canon for many years, switched to M43s for some years and have now changed to Sony. I run a small photography class for my local U3A, where we get to explore a wide range of photographic genres. My personal interest is in street, landscape and portrait work.

Hi Kieth, I too had a Darkroom of sorts. It was a bedroom in a shared house with my mates! I'm so glad digital arrived!

Yes. Finding a room to keep trays of stinky, toxic chemicals going is not always easy to negotiate with housemates. Despite what the film diehards say, digital is a godsend.
