I’ve bought both an A1 and an A7RIVA from them and a couple of lenses. All arrived on time and communication was always 1st class. In addition the A1 sound failed, I advised Panamoz. They asked me to send it to Sony UK for service and advise them of the repair estimate. Within 2 hours of forwarding Panamoz the quotation for the repair cost they transferred the funds for the repair directly to me (the camera required a new motherboard approx £850). Sony carried out the work and returned the camera. All has been fine since. I can’t fault the service I’ve had.
The only expense I incured was the cost of sending the camera for repair and the insurance for sending the camera, that totalled £75.00. I didn’t ask Panamoz to cover this, they may have,I was just happy to get the repair and that it was carried out by Sony and not a third party. Considering the overall saving I have no complaint.

Thanks a lot for that it certainly is very useful...I was going to get it from Sony but when I saw that I couldn't ignore it.
