help with capture 21 export options

So I am newish to capture one ie 21 version and I am having trouble getting my head around exporting files converted raw files to jpegs and tiff files

The recipes can be a little confusing at first. One thing to note is that clicking the checkbox will not show the recipe. Make sure to click on the recipe that you want to use / modify. If you have more than one recipe checked then upon export, you will have both checked recipes being using for two different export files.
