Insects Insect in flight gear question

What lens would be good for insect in flight? 70-200 GM ii + 1.4 or 100-400 ?

Either should work well though i wouldn't use the tc.

I looked through my photos and couldn't find any with the 70-200 but I have a lot of photos using the 100-400 (with and without the 1.4TC) and with the 200-600.

This one was with the 200-600 @600mm. Not sure why the EXIF data is not showing.

This was with the 100-400 and 1.4 TC @560mm.

All are amazing shots! seems like you use 100-400 for insect in flight more?!?
