News Is anyone rushing out to order the FX3a?

The least exciting announcement since the A7RIVa / A7RIIIa. Like the A7RIIIa it does upgrade the USB-C as well as the screen, but it’s very much a “we can’t get the old screen” change, which suggests very strongly that we’re unlikely to see an FX3 mark II any time soon.

I would call it “underwhelming”, but it doesn’t even deserve a word that long Maybe we have to settle for “meh”?

Definitely meh.
Though I wish there was a way to send in our cameras to buy upgraded screens. Isn't the old FX3 screen the same as the one on the FX30, A6700, A7C-II & A7C-R?

The FX3 is predominantly a video biased camera. I guess if you are in the market for that type of camera then the upgrades would be welcome. Not worth replacing the original version though probably.
