Very nice. The exposure difference is interesting given the aperture remained the same, but the shutter speed was faster and ISO lower on the second shot. Nice comparison.

These two shots were taken about two hours apart and in different areas of the Parc.

I was extremely pleased to get the male after the female. I pointed her out to some other birders in the hide and they made so much noise, they scared her off. I waited for an hour after they'd gone, but no return.

The male was on the footpath picking ants out of a nest.
 
Also wonderful when the person snapping away next to you has every camera buzz, bing, and beep turned on.
