I am new to this group but not new to my camera. I have an A7 iii that I've been using for around five years. There is just so much to know about the camera that I appreciate a group of people I can ask questions and answer a few. I hope to give as much help as I get.

Hi Holden, welcome to the forum. I'm looking forward to seeing your photographs.

As an aside, you are named after a famous Australian make of car. The Holden was an indigenous make of car in Australia, but the car company was owned by GM. Holden began as a saddlery business - J. A. Holden & Co. in 1856. They expanded to make vehicle body shells, then they became part of the General Motors group of companies and started to make complete cars in 1931. In Australia they competed against Ford and Chrysler two other US-Australian car manufacturers. They have all now gone out of business in Australia, with Holden folding in 2017. Back in the day, you were either a Holden guy or a Ford guy in Australia. I was always in the Holden camp. Unfortunatley, Australia no longer has a car manufacturing industry - cheaper to buy Japanese, Korean or European cars.
