Overheating for A7IV and A7Siii?

Hi I am new to Sony mirrorless, bit of a dumb question but would like to ask the owners of A7iv and A7sIII have you had vinyl skins on (lifeguard/alphagvrd) your cameras and would experience accelerated overheating issues? as I live in the south part of Australia and temperatures would get up to 40 degrees in the summer. Thanks for th wreply, but I am still more concerned on the skins applied to the camera, will it affect the cooling of the camera body?
