Ok a shot in the dark here. I have a Benro Polaris that is a motorized tripod head that can do pano's, astro, timelapse etc. Although not very well yet, still very beta.
But when the first software / firmware came out my Alpha 1 worked for the most part. After the next revisions it can still control the camera settings etc. But it continually reports "shot failed" camera must be in raw+jpeg or jpeg, yep it is. So it doesn't recognize the camera image quality settings or maybe even if an sd card is inserted. Just thought maybe someone might have had similar issues with another device. I use an iPhone 13, A1 firmware is 1.2.
