Puffins

What would be your dream locale to see puffins, scenery and be able to reasonably take in some local culture (cuisine top of list, not fancy necessarily )? Been dreaming of Scottish Isles. I am in US. Thanks.

The ocean islands in Maine are the only USA site, so yes Scotland (Iona), Skomer Island in Wales and the Farne Islands in Northumberland, UK, are the best sites. Also Bempton Cliffs, Yorkshire, which I have been to and photographed them at. I love it there.
