Does any one support Sonys new HQ compressed files fully i can get lightroom to open them but no camera profiles ,i think dxo does not support yet either or am i wrong on this assumption , is it best to leave camera in 12 bit compressed for nature bif etc ,or swap between the two for scenario specific annoying you can not set buttons to have the high quality compressed on one back button and 12 bit on another for faster action high speed 30fps ,when i want to to change raw quality it will always be a menu dive , and now sony only has 3 options and one of the them you can discount full raw not sure why i would use this ever .

DxO only supports the Lossless Compressed RAW format and it looks like Adobe has been pretty slow about updating camera profiles since it still doesn't have profiles for the a7V.

Since I prefer to use DxO Photolab I am using the Lossless Compressed format only for now. If you want to switch between the different formats you could set up different Memory Recall slots and then program a custom button to either select from a list or toggle between options. If you only have two or three then toggling would be quicker. So you could have a memory profile called Nature that uses Lossless Compressed and another called Action that uses Compressed.
