This has been discussed a few times. One user noted the Samyang 24/1.8 didn't work correctly with his A6700. It looks like they've completed the updates now.

As the original poster highlighting the AFC issues with the Samyanfg 35mm f/1.8, this is great news as I love this lens, but had to return it because of the problems. Thanks for the update!
