At some point I'm going to have to clean the sensors on my A7c and A7iv. Using the hand blower will only go so far when it comes to removing stubborn particles. I've wet-cleaned my own sensors in the past when I was using Nikon, Canon, and Micro Four Thirds cameras, but I haven't done a wet-clean yet on my Sonys. Are there any specific cleaning solutions you'd recommend that work well with Sony camera sensors?

I used these to clean the sensor on my Z8. I haven't had to do the Sony yet, but it should be a virtually identical procedure. My Z8 sensor was much happier afterwards.

I have these clip in fliters from Kase Filters that I used on my A7riii when I was using my 12-24 wide angle lens. When I got my A1 I found that it fit so I clean the UV filter and nothing gets on my Sensor. I see they have jumped up in price. Check out this link if interested. Hope this helps..

I have always used the same spatula type wipes as Craig posted. I have never had to use the wet either, no mark has been stubborn enough to require it. Bear in mind, you are actually cleaning a piece of glass on the sensor, not the actual sensor, but you have to be careful to not scratch it still.

I had a stubborn one on.my R6II and ended up having to send it to Canon.

When I had a Nikon, I always used their service centers which did a great job. Now that I have an A7R5 with the sensor shutter, I have not yet seen a sensor spot in an image:) That said, when the sensor does need cleaning in the future, I will only do it myself as a last resort. I don't think Sony has any service centers (please correct me if I'm wrong) so when my sensor needs cleaning, I will try very hard to find the next best thing.

Fyi, once I had a camera store clean my sensor and was very disappointed.

Finally, I think it's worth mentioning that after cleaning one's sensor, one needs to describe the methodology they use to eval how clean the sensor is post-cleaning. I take photos of the sky or some other evenly illuminated surface and ramp up contrast in, say, LR to the max. Sometimes I do this in several different locations in an image if the illumination isn't perfectly even across the frame. Turning on spot detection in LR while doing this can further boost the sensitivity of your eval process.
