Hey guys, I am using my Sony A7 III as a DSLR Zoom camera for work, and have a Continuous Battery System plugged in (not standalone battery).

Have been trying to figure out how to keep my Sony A7 III camera permanently on, so that I don't have to manually turn off/on my camera each time I need it, as it seems to auto toggle-off/standby mode after a while..

How can I turn off the standby/sleep mode?

I was looking on my Sony A7ii and the closest thing I can get to what you are after is the Power Save Start Time.
I have set mine to 30 minutes as I thought that while taking images I would take one in less than half an hour
and this would make the camera be fully functional close enough to all the time.
The only time it would not work is if you don't take a shot within that half an hour.
So I am not sure if this will help of confuse you even more.

Yeah, 30 mins is what I notice for power saving mode also. There is no function for 'forever on' it seems, even on a Continuous Battery System :(

if you enable the IR Remote Control in the camera menu the camera will not use power safe mode
