Any know where I can get Sony spares in the uk. I need a new foot for a 45RM flash part number a2184764a

Might should a bit inane, but you could look on the Sony web site. I found the name and details of the Australian spare parts supplier on the Sony Australia web site.

That's not what I said. I said you should look on the Sony site for the name / website of their chosen spare parts supplier.

In my country it's a company called Speedy Spares

Try this:

1. go to the Sony UK website
2. get rid of the annoying cookies overlay that makes it grey
3. Click on Support
4. Scroll down and find "Repair, Warranty & Spare Parts"
5. Click on Find Spare Parts and Accessories
6. Open the expanding "Spare Parts that are available to order" sections (either one)
7. Discover that spare parts are available from EET or ASWO

Then try those two places for the part you need - both are linked from that page.

I don't know if they will have the part you need, but they are official sources of spare parts.

Thank you, I tried this with not luck. It would appear Sony do not sell spares for their flashes . I may have to send it in which is annoying as its such a simple five minute fix
