News Tamron 12-20mm f2.8

Sounds like a good alternative to the sony 12-24mm f2.8 ,for me at least tamron are sort of hit and miss sometimes they excel the 35-150mm f2-2.8 is a good example of a hit , i also liked the 17-28mm f2.8 i owned , shame it is rear filters only , aperture ring is a nice touch as is size by the leaked images .release is 15th of july

So I am surprised it has taken them this long to make the equivalent for full-frame.
I'm sure it will be a good performer.

looks lke a good lens mixed reviews some say as good as sony 12-24mm but i doubt that maybe wrong ,some say corners never truly get razor sharp ,but has really nice features and looks rugged something that has been missing from latest tamron lenses ,and historically they were known for build over sigma ,zoom lock for astro super needed
