This is the mascot of this particular boutique hotel group. The hotels all have Pig in their title. This one is called ‘Pig in the Forest’ as it is located in the New Forest. Another is called Pig on the Beach etc.

Unfortunately not. The angle I wanted had too many people seated around tables. While I would have preferred a clear shot of Mr Pig, I thought the grass was not too much of a distraction and added to the feel of the shot.

Sometimes! I did wait for ages, but the crowd just got larger! It was a nice afternoon.
