I read enthusiastic reviews of a fascinating new lens, the Viltrox 75mm F/1.2.
It is for 1.5x crop sensor cameras, such as the A6700, giving a full-frame equivalent of 112.7mm.
This sounds bokehlicious! The reviewers were impressed by the build quality. The price is reasonable, about 500€.
It is tempting, but do I need it? Portraits, yes, but would the crop be too tight for shooting inside?
Has anybody tried it?

Welcome to the forums. I don't have an APSC body any more, however for what it's worth I have been very pleased with my Viltrox 16mm f1.8. I have also just ordered their 35mm f1.2 lens after looking at several reviews. In my experience so far they seem to make good value for money lenses.

Thank you for your welcoming answer.
I have unserstood that Viltrox offers remarkable value.
I'll check with the 70-180 zoom if it is too tight for inside use.
APS is snappy and the image quality is sufficient for most purposes.
It is gaining ground.
