Looks like a Goanna but I’m in Bali. These are everywhere I’ve been near water, so basically everywhere on the island.

There are water dragons making a home at Melbourne Zoo, but they were not invited! They moved in because the lemurs drop a lot of food

However, they are Gippsland Water Dragons, not the ones you'll find in Bali.
