Purple glow across the bay.

I took this yesterday, an hour before sunrise.

I got some questions about the source of the light. So I returned this morning and took the shot below (handheld).

Much to the annoyance of the locals, we have greenhouses across the bay that throw a glow, especially when the clouds act as a reflector.

Reminds me of the time I took the family on a diversion thinking I'd seen the aurora. We ended up driving the back roads to Cromer where there was a laser show at the end of the pier.

No matter, we ended up having fish and chips.

That's wild, and the fact that you were able to go back and get another shot of the pink light source (with another camera body?) and another lens, proves it wasn't a fluke or a sensor issue.
