Saline (pronounced Suhleen), Michigan has been sister cities with Brecon, Wales since 1966. In 1996, to celebrate 30 years of the sister city agreement, Saline started a Celtic Festival. It has been held annually (COVID interruptions aside) since then. Plenty to see and do, from athletic competitions to music, dance competitions, displays and demonstrations, and wares.
