Sony A6700 Saving the Internal Registers of the A6700?

I have a general question about saving internal registry settings. The settings I often need are stored in the camera's internal registers 1, 2 and 3. If I save the camera's full status to the memory card (eg as 10 possible settings in CAMSETxx.DAT), does it also include the contents of registers 1, 2 and. 3? TIA.
