I took the 50-150 f/2 to the zoo today. Strange weather - cold with a lot of cloud but gaps with sunlight.

None of these shots are monochrome - what you are seeing is the colours there were.

I was shooting with the 50-150 at f/2, and the A1 II at ISO 100. When I saw birds overhead, I didn't change settings, just lifted the camera and followed what turned out to be two crows, then just one. I'm showing you whole frames because I like the drama of the sky. The A1 II had to switch up to high shutter speeds because of the sunlight.
