There are some unrumoured features:

• 30 custom modes (10 for each of stills, video, and S&Q) - and they can be named.
• new thicker batteries - not backward compatible
• 30fps in 14 bit RAW with 16 bit HDR
• same res EVF as we are used to (9.44Mdot), but 3 times brighter.
• AF down to -6EV, but also also down to -11EV in "bright monitoring" - and able to focus on things that are smaller in frame

That's what I've gathered so far.

Price is lower than rumoured (US$4499)

Minor disappointment - it has Speed Boost, but lacks the C5 button that is the default location for that function on the A1 II and A9 III.

It is fully-stacked, but not as fast as the A1 - hints that the second layer is different, possibly handling the dual readout that supports the 16bit HDR. They reported 5.6x faster than the A7RV, but that would mean going from about 1/10 for full readout to 1/56 - nothing like the 1/250 of the A1. Rolling shutter is still going to be an issue, just a lot less than on the A7RV.

It wasn't completely clear, but they did say it can shoot at 30fps (e-shutter) in 14 bit RAW and 16bit HDR for over 100 RAW or 200 JPEG.

The new battery has somewhat more capacity, but runs at a higher voltage. CIPA battery life is significantly higher. I think the new battery is partly needed by the new EVF, and probably partly by the new sensor.

The camera is physically thicker than the A7RV, but surprisingly 10g lighter!

Oh, and for the video types, they have added floating point audio (but you have to get the XLR grip to support it).

The DPR first look makes it sound like the menus are a bit in need of cleanup - I think maybe Sony rushed this one to get the first release of bodies out from 1 June - but that's something that can be improved in firmware. I suspect this camera may get some early updates like the A9 III did.
