Beautiful Male Kestrel. This shot was taken at 800mm in crop mode on the A1, so effectively equivalent to 1150mm, and then cropped in. He was a good 50 yards away at least. Minimal sharpening in Topaz. This lens is sharp.

A solitary Pink Footed Goose. This is something of a rarity, as they are usually in massive flocks, as seen here in Norfoik at this time of year, when we get a massive migration. There are over 80,000 at Snettisham. I think they are rather smart looking.
