compatible with Sony A7Riii

Hi,
This may be obvious to some but I was looking at the Sigma 150-600mm, for my A7Riii, and I see there is not a Sigma 1.4x converter, for Sony E fit.
Would the Canon version with the Sigma 1.4x converter and a canon to Sony Adapter combination work at all ?

I don't have the answer. I'd say it should work though. I'd like to see how that looks too..!
