Hi,
This may be obvious to some but I was looking at the Sigma 150-600mm, for my A7Riii, and I see there is not a Sigma 1.4x converter, for Sony E fit.
Would the Canon version with the Sigma 1.4x converter and a canon to Sony Adapter combination work at all ?
Thanks,
Andy

Solution
Sony doesn't allow third party manufacturers to have TCs.

I think the Canon adapters are for their older DSLR lenses. The camera body gets thinner when you remove the mirror, so you can add an adapter to fill in the missing space. That's why so many older lenses can be adapted to mirrorless. So the answer is: Maybe. If the Sigma is a DSLR EF Mount lens it would work. If it's a mirrorless lens, it won't.
