These are spectacular images. Are the images impacted by wildfire smoke in the atmosphere, or has this cleared (e.g. due to rain) in your area or are you not near the fires?

There are lots of wildfires all over BC right now. Fortunately, there hasn't been much smoke here so far this year. Follow the link to see a map of where the fires are. The photos were taken near the bottom of the map.

These are spectacular images. Are the images impacted by wildfire smoke in the atmosphere, or has this cleared (e.g. due to rain) in your area or are you not near the fires?

No wildfire smoke in these images. Touch wood. Check out this map. I'm right on the coast. While we've been socked in by smoke in previous years, it has been okay so far. But, like the weather, I check the air quality index every day before I head out.

Not sure which one I like the best I like the way the arc of the tree tops follows the arc of the sun in the first one but I also like the heavier shadow provided by the trees across the full image on the second.
