My wife and I have just transitioned over from Canon. She is rocking the A73 and I am lagging a little behind with the A6100 for now. I will be upgrading in the future to FF. Right now I am Loving the B&Ws coming SOC.

Nothing wrong with that camera Al. Your wife must sleep sometimes and you can compare the 2 then!
 
Great shots! I'm sure your wife won't mind too much if you exercise her a7III now and again! :) In terms of image quality you will really only spot the difference in low light or at the ends of the dynamic range.
 
I think there's something about B&W pic. It put you in a particular mood from viewing it in color. It focuses the shot on the essence of the content of the shot.
 
I agree Jmartinayers, I switch back forth between B&W and standard color for each shot, but end up going w/ the B&W for that reason.
