A selection of my favourites from last Thursdays outing to Holkham Park. There is a herd of over 500 Fallow Deer at the park. Always such nice light there at this time of year (if it's sunny!) Note the Grey Heron and Great White Egrets just looking on at the deer drinking.

Thanks Tim. It's the first time I've seen the Deer at the lake there, though they are never far from it. The Egret was a nice bonus, though we see a lot of these in Norfolk now, nearly every reserve. I can go back 10 years and a Great Egret was a big draw to reserves.
