Sony A7R IV How to shoot tethered with Sony A7R IV A

I’m trying to shoot tethered with my Sony A7R4 and having a few issues. I use Lightroom for editing and it appears it doesn’t support my camera, I’ve downloaded Sony image editing and tried using that but each time it says “no camera connected “ but it is connected.. what am I doing wrong?..

Correct. Make sure you are using the USB-C port and NOT the micro-USB one. Only USB-C port supports tethering shooting on those Sony models with both USB port types. Other than that I am also clueless
