Sony A7R IV Imaging Edge mobile

I have a A7Riv and cannot get the shutter release working with the Image Edge Mobile software on my iPhone XR. I have connected to my camera and can see every change I make on the phone also reflected by changes to setting on the camera. The only thing that will not work is when I try to take a picture. The button greys out for a brief moment, but no image is taken. Does anyone know what I am getting wrong? Thank you.

thank you for your suggestion. I did not realise this support existed.

Having said this I have followed the suggestion and nothing changes.
