Inaccessible IAccessibilty?

Hello Everyone!

I am blind and in the UK. Ihave just purchased a used a7R IV ILCE-7RM4 in order to undertake a Photography Degree Course - this is I believe the latest model of the IV with the higher rez screen. I have checked that the firmware is upto date (ver, 1.13), but cannot find the much vaunted screen reader which is important to me. Does anyone know where to find it? Or as Sony removeed it from their latest 4A? Looked around for an older M4 but can't find one... Does the a7R V haver it? (in which case its start saving again)

I don't have the camera anymore but found this:

1. MENU →
   
   (Setup) → [Accessibility] → [Screen Reader] → Select an item to set, and then select the desired setting.
