This photo, obviously taken at blue hour, looks just fine to me on screen after editing. However when printing on my Epson ET3850, it comes out noticeably blue.

White balance as shot, according to ON1, is 6317.
Do you all think I have a printer issue, or should I warm up the white balance in post?
In case you ask about printer nozzles, yes, I did a test print and it shows as normal.
Thoughts?

1) There should be two different color temps:
• the background, I'd try daylight (usually 5100-5400 in LR)
• the fill-in flash (flash dependent)

2) The skin tones look just a bit bluish to me. What are the RGB values in the white blender on the girl's dress below her hand? Try a color correction that makes this spot have equal RGB values.

3) Since the printer seems bluer to you, maybe export one image for screens and one for your printer. Try a warmer temp for the printer version.
