This is on chemo Day 1 one for the Boss and I can't sit for 5 plus hours as she gets poisoned so she told me to head out bush and go birding.
I got this Rufous Whistler which came quite close to me and I took the chance to get a few shots of it.

WOW! I mean WOOOWWW! Great shots again @Ralph. What a beautiful little bird. It's not one I'm familiar with. You are so lucky where you live. I'll definitely have to come over sometime.

Give the Boss my best wishes. I hope everything with the chemo goes well.

My wife told me something similar last time she had a procedure done; it is a good way to keep your own blood pressure low while they are in a state where you cannot help them. Best of luck to her.
and a nice set of pictures too!

Thank you everyone for your best wishes and I will pass them on to her.
Which I will say that she has come out quite well on the other side of it.

Wishing you and your wife all the best Ralph. I've been through the chemo route before and wife has been through it before and is also going through it again now. It's never easy, and everyone's journey is different. I'm not sure which is worse, going through it yourself, or being the partner of someone going through it. Photograph certainly helps. Keep your spirits up and support your partner. Great photos.
