After yesterday's bright shiny dawn, the winter blues returned this morning with heavy overcast, wind and rain. Because it was so dark, I left the new FE 200–600 mm F5.6–6.3 G OSS in the bag and used the FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS II.

The sandpipers were out in full force, and along came a police boat.
