Sony A6600 Thanks for the add-Mirrorless Question

Hi, new to the group. I’ve been shooting Minolta since the Maxxum 7000. I now shoot a Sony a77mii, and I’m looking to upgrade to mirrorless. I can’t afford full frame. My current camera is just getting too heavy for me too. I was thinking the a6600, because of the in body stabilization. I’m assuming that if I buy an adapter to use my current A mount lenses, I would need the in body stabilization. And, an adapter with the old lenses even a good idea? And what adapter? So.many.questions.
